The professional experience of Valentina Grozdanova is in the field of human resources. She has gained her rich experience in one of the biggest international companies operating in Bulgaria. Being an Executive Director for Human Resources and Communication in Devnja Cement, a part of Italcementi Group, Valentina has taken part in the reorganization and restructuring of two of the biggest cements plants in Bulgaria. Moreover, she has been engaged in developing and implementing of different training of the young engineers and newly appointed personnel. Valentina has participated in various activities related to the management of the salaries and bonuses, administrative coordination, as well as organization of corporate events. While working for Italcementi Group Valentina improved her experience in the dialog with the representatives of the trade and syndicate unions in the field of the collective labour agreements and additional agreements.
Valentina has developed her professional skills as a Manager Human Resources in two other big companies – Coca Cola and Metro Cash & Carry.
Her considerable experience in finding and implementing of new oranizational structures and her experience in change management allowed her to implement several several long-term projects regarding organisational changes in different companies. In 2013 Valentina Grozdanova and the consultants of Green Deal have implemented successfully a project for re-organization in “Toplofikatzia Sofia” – the company that provides the central heating of the Bulgarian capital.
She has participated in developing special programs for young musicians as well as seminars of Live Music Now – the biggest British organization for presenting live music with the purpose of stimulating the social, educational, judicial and health care sector.
Valentina Grozdanova has the Humboldt University (Berlin) master degree in Labor and Engineering Psychology. Furthermore she has majored Marketing and Mangement at University of National and International Economy in Sofia. She has attended various additional qualification courses in management of human resources. In 1991 she attends the training in Marketing and Management of Projects in Austria. At present she attends a master course in Business Administration at Kotrugli, Business University of Belgrade.
