Expert in leadership development, performance management, coaching and executive education, Antonio travelled extensively around the world for consulting and business assignments.
Antonio also served many years as board member of a FT top ranking business school and as advisor of academic institutions, published several books and articles researching on management and organizational effectiveness and regularly holds seminars, workshops and lectures in Italy and abroad. Antonio holds a MS in Systems Engineering from Politecnico of Milan and a Certificate in Innovative Design of Strategy from University of Pennsylvania – The Wharton School.
